Crush Kitchen: Turkey Taco Tuesday

Ingredients

• 1 large turkey breast 
• Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce
• Traeger Fin & Feather Rub
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 1 sliced green pepper
• 1 sliced onion
• Package of soft tacos
• Sour cream, cheese, guacamole, etc.

Instructions

1. Slice turkey breast, peppers and onions into thin strips.
2. Sprinkle with Traeger Fin & Feather Rub 
3. Pour oil in saute pan over high heat.
4. Add turkey, pepper and onion.
5. Saute over high heat until turkey is cooked through.
6. Reduce heat and add 1/4 cup Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce
7. Let simmer until ready to serve.
8. Scoop toppings onto soft taco.
9. Add desired garnish and enjoy!
