Ingredients
- 1 1/2lb Elk or Venison
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 can refried beans
- 7-8 large flour tortillas (I used 10 small)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar + 1 cup more
Instructions
- In large skillet cook meat and onion. Drain if necessary. Stir in refried beans and mix well. Spoon meat/bean mixture onto tortilla and roll up. Place in a greased 9×13 pan.
- In a bowl whisk soup, 1 cup water and taco seasoning. Pour evenly over burritos. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
- Last few minutes add another cup of shredded cheese on top.
- Serve with tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream, avocados, salsa or any favorite toppings.
