Savage Precision Series Rifles

But first, let's take a closer look at what makes these three models Savage. 

110 Precision

• Legendary Savage 110 Bolt Action: The Model 110 has been around since 1958 and is the longest continuously manufactured bolt action in the U.S. With proven accuracy, the 110 lends itself to hunting and precision shooting across dozens of variations, including the Precision Series. 
• AccuTrigger: A user-adjustable trigger pull that is light and crisp with no creep and prevents the firearm from discharging if dropped or jarred.
• Factory Blueprinted Action: Creates concentricity between the action and the bore for consistent accuracy and repeatability by squaring all surfaces and creating tight tolerances between components.
• Precision rifled carbon steel barrel: Specialized machinery and experienced operators ensure our rifle barrels are geometrically perfect.
• Heavy contour, fluted barrel: Helps steady the rifle, reduces recoil, and takes longer to heat up.
• BA Muzzle Brake (5/8-24 thread): Helps the shooter recover from recoil by redirecting expelled gas from the muzzle to pull the rifle forward and reduce the upward and lateral movements of the rifle.
• Offered in Left Hand: Right and left-handed shooters can get in on the Precision Series action!

110 Elite Precision

Everything the 110 Precision offers, plus:

• Stainless steel, flash nitride target receiver: The nitride stainless steel receiver creates an extremely durable weatherproof receiver.  
• Titanium Nitride bolt body: Titanium nitride creates a durable and slick surface to ensure smooth operation. 
• Precision rifled stainless-steel barrel: Specialized machinery and experienced operators ensure our rifle barrels are geometrically perfect using 416 stainless steel. 
• Modified Palma contour barrel: The heavier barrel contour creates the perfect balance of weight and rigidity to handle longer strings of fire. 
• Self-timing taper aligned muzzle brake (short action calibers only): The self-timing muzzle break eliminates the need for a crush washer or alignment shims. 
• Offered in Left Hand: Right and left-handed shooters can get in on the Precision Series action!

Impulse Elite Precision

• Straight-pull bolt action: Unlike a traditional bolt action, a straight pull only requires two motions to cycle the bolt – backward and forward.
• Ambidextrous, multi-positional bolt handle: The Impulse bolt can be adjusted at 4 different angles for the shooter's comfort or switched to the opposite side of the receiver for left-handed shooters.

MDT Chassis Systems

Let's look at what MDT has built into the LSS XL and ACC Chassis Systems. 

MDT LSS XL Chassis

The MDT LSS XL Chassis System (Light Sniper System Extra Long) is a compact, versatile chassis system perfect for general precision shooting. However, it can be optimized for hunting, law enforcement, and military applications. 

• M-LOK Forend: 11.7" handguard with M-LOK provides ample space for accessories, sling attachments, ARCA rails, Picatinny rails, bipods, and tripods. 
• Integrated Thumb Rest: Provides a rest for your thumb to negate sympathetic movement during the firing process. 
• Barricade Stop: Solid interface for your bag when loading into or shooting over barricades. 
• Ambidextrous Magazine Latch: Remove your magazine with your left or right hand. 
• AICS Magazine Compatible: The MDT LSS XL uses the AICS style magazine. 
• Adjustable Buttstock: Adjust comb height or length-of-pull for a perfect body fit. 
• Materials & Finish: 6061 aluminum with FDE Cerakote finish
• Compatible Accessories: M-LOK allows for Picatinny rails, ARCA rails, weights, QD, and sling attachment points. 
• Savage Precision Series Rifles: 110 Precision, 110 Precision Left Hand

The MDT LSS XL buttstock allows for adjustable length-of-pull and comb height allowing the end-user to fit the rifle to their individual body type. The M-LOK handguard allows for M-LOK compatible accessories and rails, and the pistol grip can be swapped out with any AR-15 style grip on the market. 

MDT ACC Chassis

The MDT ACC Chassis System (Adjustable Core Competition) was purpose-built to be the best competition chassis on the market today. MDT worked with the best competitive shooters in the world, creating a Chassis that is the ultimate in customization and adaptability. 

• Full-Length 18-inch ARCA Dovetail Forend: Provides a lot of flexibility when using bipods and tripods. The forend can also accommodate internal and external weights for balance and recoil control. 
• M-LOK ports on the forend and chassis: Attach sling attachments, ARCA rails, Picatinny rails, and internal and external weights. 
• Integrated Thumb Shelf: Provides a rest for your thumb to negate sympathetic movement during the firing process.

The MDT ACC allows for adjustable length-of-pull and comb height allowing the end-user to fit the rifle to their body or shooting style. The 18-inch ARCA rail forend and barricade stop allow for seamless integration with bags, bipods, and tripods and ensure your rifle can adapt to any stage. The ACC can accept internal and external weights, allowing the end-user to find the perfect balance or remove most, if not all, felt recoil.
