Sallie's Hot and Spicy Goose Strips

Forget chicken strips! Hot and Spicy Goose Strips are one of my favorite way to cook waterfowl meat. If you don't have any goose meat, duck strips are just as tasty. These goose or duck strips are a great dish that the whole family will enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp milk
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 goose breast cut crosswise into strips, 1/4 inches thick
- 1/4 cup sesame crackers crushed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425
- Mix mayonnaise, milk and seasonings
- Lightly dip goose into mixture and coat with cracker crumbs
- Place onto a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes
