What Are the New Model 110 V2 Rifles?
Most of our new model 110 lineup has a completely new look, along with all the new updates to the action and bolt. However, you may notice that some of our existing models have continued one with a new “V2” designation. If you’re wondering what a Model 110 "V2" rifle is, you’re not alone! We’ll explain these new V2 models in this blog!
The “V2” Designation
While many of our existing 110 models were discontinued with the introduction of our new lineup, some of our fan favorites have stuck around. These rifles look the same as they did in the previous generation, but they received some of the key performance updates that are built into our newest 110 models. These rifles are designated with a “V2” designation, and include the following models.
- 110 Trail Hunter Lite V2
- 110 Ultralite Elite V2
- 110 KLYM V2
- 110 Scout V2
So, what makes them a V2? The main difference is that these rifles have our newly designed bolt face, featuring dual ejectors and an updated extractor. These new changes will help these rifles perform even better than previous models, with better feeding, stronger, consistent ejection, and more reliable extraction. They also utilize our updated magazine (or an AICS magazine) and are chambered in some of our new caliber offerings.
